The man whose then-spouse engaged in extramarital relations with Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens has been subpoenaed to affirm before a St. Louis stupendous jury, the man's lawyer said Monday.
"It's been ventured up a score," lawyer Al Watkins said. "It implies a stupendous jury is situated and is hearing confirmation about the examination against Gov. Greitens."
He declined to state when his customer will affirm.
Greitens, a Republican, conceded on Jan. 10 to a monthslong undertaking with his St. Louis beautician in 2015, preceding he was representative. The lady's ex covertly recorded a discussion with her in which she guaranteed that Greitens took a bargaining photograph as potential shakedown in the event that she talked about the relationship.

It wasn't clear if the lady with whom the representative had the illicit relationship has been called to affirm. A message left with her lawyer was not promptly returned.
